To Our Monique Lhuillier Friends, Family and Community,
I hope this note finds you, your family, and your loved ones all healthy and safe. We are in unprecedented times, facing new challenges in daily life. With this change, we are looking for new ways to serve our customers, employees and community that are both safe and yet still inspiring. We will do our best to continue to bring a little fashion and glamour as you find new meaning in celebratory moments.
As we prepare to reopen our stores, we will take a slow, thoughtful approach; learning and adapting as we go. First and foremost, we are taking all precautions to protect the health and safety of you all. Taking into consideration guidelines from the CDC and the local authorities, these are some of the new procedures we will be implementing:
Increasing frequency of disinfecting and sanitizing throughout the store including hand sanitizing stations.
Taking steps to allow for social distancing of six feet, including limiting the number of employees and customers in the store to 25% of capacity.
Booking appointments for all customers and altering hours of operation as needed to accommodate times before store opening or after closing.
Conducting health screenings for both employees and customers prior to entry.
Requiring all employees and customers to wear a face mask.
Modifying the fitting-room experience.
Keeping tried-on merchandise off the sales floor for a “period of time” and steaming selected bridal samples after each appointment.
Please check in with us at moniquelhuillier.com where we will notify you of our re-opening updates and procedures. We look forward to expanding your shopping options in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, we began offering curbside pickup today in Los Angeles at our Melrose Place Flagship. Please call the store to speak with a personal shopper at 323.655.1088 or send an email to LA@moniquelhuillier.com.
Stay safe and thank you for being a loyal customer, partner and friend of the brand.
