Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant

Job Description

  • This position requires a strong ability to multi-task and be proactive. Daily tasks include but are not limited to answering and directing phone calls, front office administrative work, communication with the production team and liaising with the sales teams
  • Display a strong attention to detail and follow through and remaining calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to ensure the highest level of customer service on the phone, via email and when assisting colleagues with tasks
  • Handle all communication in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  • Understand the urgent needs of the business and need to complete to tasks efficiently

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service preferred
  • Demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal demeanor, appearance and manner
  • Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business
  • Driven to learn and grow, grasp new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organized
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, both oral and written with an emphasis on the details
  • Team player, “no task is too big or too small” attitude
  • Proactively contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is professional and enjoyable
  • Knowledge of computer systems, which include: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Additional language fluency is a plus
