ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Step into one of the most visible client-facing roles at our New York Flagship. As a Boutique Concierge Associate, you'll be the first warm welcome every client receives - setting the tone for an appointment experience built on. The ideal candidate personifies the Monique Lhuillier spirit through a deep understanding and conveyance of brand image and product, with close attention to detail and superior communication.

ABOUT YOU

• 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality in a similar client-facing role 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; approachable, professional demeanor 
• Genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with clients; energetic; positive attitude 
• Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal demeanor, appearance and manner 
• Adheres to company policy and confidentiality; is a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility, setting the standard 
• Versatile and adaptable; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the changing business needs 
• Driven to learn and grow, grasp new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organized 
• Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed. 
• Team player, “no task is too big or too small” attitude 
• Ability to work in a client oriented fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures 
• Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include evenings and weekends 
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently and escalate issues to the appropriate boutique staff or management. 
• Able to stand on the sales floor for long periods of a time is a must in the Flagship Boutique environment 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Additional language fluency is a plus 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide a warm, hospitable welcome to clients entering the boutique 
• Manage appointment check-in/out and scheduling 
• Provide direction to and accurately record foot traffic 
• Understand and help execute store operations, policies, and procedures 
• Develop in-depth understanding of Monique Lhuillier’s product offerings to confidently answer client questions. 
• Assist in proper communication channels among team members 
• Help coordinate floor coverage so clients are attended to promptly throughout the day 

The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive, and the employer reserves the right to assign additional duties and responsibilities that are reasonably related to the position and necessary to meet business needs, provided such duties are consistent with the Employee’s role, qualifications, and applicable law. 

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$23.00 per hour ($41,600–$47,840 annually, based on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week). The actual rate offered will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and other permissible factors, consistent with applicable law.
