We will gladly accept your return of unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered. To begin a return, visit moniquelhuillier.com/pages/returns or log into your account, select returns and enter your order number. Follow the steps and we'll send you an email with your return instructions. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
All returned merchandise should include the original tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Items must be sent back packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
Monique Lhuillier reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to a Monique Lhuillier Flagship Boutique.
Sale merchandise is a final sale with no exceptions. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Moniquelhuillier.com ships to over 100 countries worldwide through our partnership with Global-E. International customers are now able to shop our products online in their local currencies, with the amount paid fully inclusive of delivery to the specified international delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance feels. International orders are sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), however the customer is responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with the state and federal government regulations. Although you will be shopping on the Moniquelhuillier.com website, once you place an international order your transactions and delivery will be handled via Global-E.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, purchases made online require a signature upon delivery unless opted out at checkout. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Monique Lhuillier cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.
