Can I order a bridal gown online?

Our Ready to Wed Collection is available for purchase online under our Shop/Wedding category. Our Signature, Platinum and Bliss Collections are made to order, and are not available to purchase directly on our website. If you would like to purchase a Signature, Platinum or Bliss Gown, please contact bridalsales@moniquelhuillier.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to countries worldwide via DHL Express. Please contact us if you need assistance: customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

When will my pre-order item(s) be available for delivery?

Please allow up to 10 weeks of production time on all Pre-Orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your item is ready for delivery. For more information on availability, please contact customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

How can I determine the proper size to order?

Alterations

Merchandise purchased online cannot be altered in a Monique Lhuillier Flagship Store.

If I do not see my size available online, am I able to order it?

Most often, yes. There are certain items that are only produced in a limited size run. Special orders are final sale. If you do not see your size available online, please contact a customer service representative at customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

Order Changes / Cancellations

We will make every effort to accommodate your change request; however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. For assistance, please contact a customer service representative at customerservice@moniquelhuillier.com

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Monique Lhuillier cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that this e-mail does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Once stock has been allocated for your order and shipping is processed, you will receive a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Continue to refer to the UPS website for progress on your delivery.

Return Policy

Monique Lhuillier wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on domestic orders (USA), of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.

  • All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only.
  • Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
  • Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2-3 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.

Monique Lhuillier reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to a Monique Lhuillier Flagship Boutique.

Sale merchandise, and anything noted as final sale such as Eau de Parfum, Books, Special Orders and all lingerie items, are final sale with no exceptions. International orders outside of the USA are final sale and cannot be returned.
