ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Client Experience Associate will be the initial point of contact for clients at our boutique, delivering a high standard of service and professionalism that embodies the Monique Lhuillier brand. Along with welcoming and engaging with guests, this role provides vital support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in luxury retail, bridal, eveningwear, or high-end fashion is preferred
- Passionate about providing a personalized, high-touch client service experience in a luxury environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with high-profile clients professionally and graciously
- Well-groomed, poised, and able to embody the luxury and sophistication of the Monique Lhuillier brand
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, and experience with inventory management tools is an advantage
- Collaborative, adaptable, and supportive of the sales team to ensure seamless operation and client experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A passion for high-end fashion, bridal design, and luxury goods
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome clients upon arrival at our Melrose Place boutique, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere
- Ensure every client is attended to promptly, offering refreshments and additional services as needed
- Build a rapport and make every guest feel like they are receiving personalized attention from the moment they walk in
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource, answering client inquiries and providing guidance as they navigate the boutique
- Assist the sales team by managing client requests, coordinating fittings, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring that every detail is in place to create a memorable shopping experience
- Stay informed about Monique Lhuillier collections, including bridal, eveningwear, and accessories, to communicate product features and inspire clients during their visit
- Support the operational needs of the boutique, including maintaining an organized, visually appealing, and pristine environment that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic
- Help with stock replenishment, inventory management, and restocking the boutique display areas to ensure that products are always presented in an organized and inviting manner
- Address any client concerns with tact and professionalism, following up on special requests, fitting appointments, and customizations to ensure complete client satisfaction
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $19.00 - $21.00, annualized from $39,250 - $43,680. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
