Return Policy
Monique Lhuillier wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on domestic orders, of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.
- All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only.
- Items must be sent back with the original garment bag, or shoe box, and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
- Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
To begin a return, visit our Returns Page or log into your account, and select returns. Follow the steps and a return label will be emailed to you. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2-3 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
Monique Lhuillier reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to a Monique Lhuillier Flagship Boutique.
Sale merchandise, and anything noted as final sale such as Eau de Parfum, Books, Special Orders and many lingerie items, are final sale with no exceptions.
