ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A Monique Lhuillier Operations Associate maintains boutique operations running smoothly by receiving, handling, and managing inventory of merchandise in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate will be able to personify the Monique Lhuillier spirit through a deep understanding and conveyance of brand image and products.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 3+ years of operational experience in luxury retail
  • Excellent organization and administration skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office & computer skills, especially Excel
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player Mentality
  • This position requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to solve problems
  • Adaptable, resilient team player with high personal standards
  • Bridal Live or Slack experience a plus
  • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that may include evenings and weekends; Saturdays are required

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Receiving & Shipping: Receive inbound merchandise and supplies; handle outbound customer merchandise presentation, store-to-store transfers, and all shipping; set standards for shipping etiquette and garment quality control.
  • Inventory: Tag new merchandise, ensure accurate selling floor representation and stock accuracy, support weekly/monthly cycle counts, and organize end-of-season returns.
  • Back of House: Keep BOH organized, manage supply levels, and assist with store supply orders.
  • Client Orders: Fulfill online orders accurately and on time; manage order status requests and shipping schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Team Support: Partner with Management, Sales, and Alterations; support BOH and FOH roles; deliver top-level client service; and uphold all inventory and operational procedures.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $21.00-$27.00 per hour ($43,680 - $56,160 annually, based on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week). The actual rate offered will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and other permissible factors, consistent with applicable law.
