ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A Monique Lhuillier Operations Associate maintains boutique operations by receiving, handling, and managing inventory of merchandise in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate will be able to personify the Monique Lhuillier spirit through a deep understanding and conveyance of brand image and products.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 3+ years of operational experience in Luxury Retail
- Excellent organization and administration skills are required
- Advanced Microsoft office & computer skills, especially Excel is required
- Experience in Bridal Live or Slack a plus
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- This position requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Inbound merchandise / supply receiving
- Outbound customer merchandise presentation, store-to-store transfers and all aspects of shipping and tracking
- Set standards for shipping etiquette and garment quality control
- Supports online sales with accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Responsible for all new merchandise tagging, selling floor representation, and back of house organization
- Manages BOH supply levels and completes store supply orders
- Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in store and organizes weekly/monthly cycle counts
- Organizes end of season returns
- Help support and schedule maintenance needs for service providers
- Collaborates effectively with General Manager, Alterations Manager and Sales Team to provide high level of support in achievement of selling and customer service objectives
- Assists with all support roles both BOH and FOH to provide a high level of sales and operational support to ensure the overall best store experience
- Maintains thorough awareness of interior and exterior appearance needs and formulating requests for repairs
- Enforces all procedures and processes related to inventory movement and operational functionalities
- Maintains top level customer service standards when assisting customers and helping the sales staff meet customers’ demands
- Ensure the maintenance of inventory accuracy; Resolve and report discrepancies in a timely manner; Responsible partner for Quarterly Physical Inventory all facets
- Strong Attention to detail used for all order entry, purchase order preparation and execution
- Responsible for completion of daily and monthly reporting in a timely and accurate fashion
- Maintain and monitor all status requests and shipping schedule for customer orders needed in to uphold client expectations and the Alterations Schedule
- Ensures an exceptional client experience by welcoming and tending to clients as they enter the boutique and navigate through the store and participate in floor coverage when needed
- Assist the sales team with running products, wrapping products, fitting room clean-up, steaming garments etc.
- Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes evening and weekend requirements
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $21.00-$27.00, annualized from $43,680 - $56,160. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
